I have not had a chance to record and post my next vlog video so i thought i would Blog write it instead:)
What do you find your worth in? this question has been pondering on my mind for the last few days.
Do you find your worth in a degree? a job? a hobbie? that dream job? Appearence? men?
These are all things that will disappear one day and will only give us temporary satisfaction where as a life focused on Jesus is forever.
Yes this is so hard as it is something that i struggle with too as it is so easy to get caught up in making that degree a priority and finding a marriage partner. We need to start realising that our outward appearence/beauty will soon fade and that what is left is what is on the inside.
We need to start focusing on our hearts and working on the beauty of our hearts and not our appearences.
Your worth is found in Jesus, and He is worthy of all praise.
P.S there is nothing wrong with making sure your hair is done and obtaining a degree or that dream job it just shouldnt take a higher priority than Jesus in your life.

This week i found myself encoutering a lot of single females waiting on God to send the right one, or send someone, and i found myself asking why? why is our main focus in life to find that perfect person and get married? i feel that we do everything prior to marriage for marriage. We study to get a good job to be able to provide for our family when are married? we go to church to maybe meet our Husband? we pray to God to send us our Husband? which yes is the dream for any girl, including myself but is this really what life is? building everything we do, say and live around marriage?
I see this as time wasted instead of making pursuing God a priority, yes its good to prepare yourself to become the best version of yourself for your partner one day but what happened to being content in your time of being single? what happened to asking God for more of Him and not focusing on sending the guy?
Iam all for the Godly marriage i cant wait to have that one day!i cant wait to walk down the isle, in the most amazing wedding dress. But i dont think life should be viewed as marriage as the goal/motivation.
Truth is there isnt a perfect guy, and we should stop wasting each day focused on meeting the perfect guy. And start focusing on becoming stronger women in Christ and falling inlove with Jesus everyday.
We should get excited every morning to get up, change the world, learn more about God, fellowship and see what God has in store for us, we dont have to wait for marriage to get excited to wake up in the morning, or to do the fun adventure things life has to offer, or wait for marriage to increase our knowledge of the word.
Being single is just as important as being married, it is the time of just growing so much in your walk with God and discovering Him like never before.
So when you wake up tomorrow morning and you not excited about being single, just remember God has you where He wants you to be, and if He wanted you to be married right now you would be, so enjoy this time of singleness, grow, learn and focus on Jesus. The only love you need.

GET COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE
Being a Christian isnt always comfortable. Sometimes being a Christian means pushing everything on your agenda to the side to talk to that friend that's having a bad day. We never know the great that might come out of getting uncomfortable. A moment of being uncomfortable for you could lead to life change for someone else.
I absolutely love this because it is so true and is how we should be living every single day of our lives, not for our own convenience but in the hope that someone might encounter Jesus.
I always remind myself that your encounter today with someone might be the only time they ever get to hear about Jesus and His love for them.
LETS START GETTING COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE.

Your God given purpose/calling
I have not posted here in a while but I recently read a book called your beautiful purpose, it speaks about your purpose and I thought I would share with you what I learnt and some tips to work towards fulfilling your God given purpose.
1. Trust Gods timing
This is all about submission, obedience preparation. Whatever God starts He completes. Keep your eyes focused on Jesus. Sometimes we know where God wants us to be but we just not there yet but this is all in his timing and plan.
2. Hear Gods voice
Press into his word daily, Indulge Into the Holy Spirit like never before and find a quiet space where you forget about all your thoughts and emotions and just fix your eyes on Jesus.
3. Believe Gods word
The Bible is so phenomenal and full of promises we need to believe. It is all about intimacy with God and having am urgency to read and believe His word. The more we read His word the more we believe His word.
4. Walk by faith
Seeing is believing but believing is seeing. This reminds me of a child and the faith they have, child like faith, believe that anything is possible. We need to have this radical and insane faith In our day to day lives.
Hope this helps :) I believe we all have a purpose, a beautiful purpose God created for each of us individually.

I CANT OVERCOME SIN
Iam reading a book called lies young women believe, i recommend it to all young women out there.
I cam across this section called "I cant overcome sin" i felt like this section is something all young women needed to read.
It is so true what they say most of us are struggling with some sort of sin, whether it be lying, gossiping, cheating, lesbianism or sexual sin before marriage and we just cant find away to get away or leave it behind, even though we know it is wrong. Sin and temptation is real and is a bi struggle among young women and should not be spoken about casually.
It says what you think/believe is so important as if you think/believe you are going to sin you will, it all starts with our thoughts and how we act to what our thoughts are.
Through Christ Jesus you can overcome sin, you can say NO!!
Read Romans 6:16 8:2
You need to accept Christ Jesus as your saviour in order to leave the old behind and start a new life sin free :)
Some of us might have already received Christ into our lives but cant stop sinning, there are so many resources to stop that.
1. The Holy spirit
2.His word-the bible
3. PRAYER
4. His grace
God loves you so much and through him you can overcome any bondage that is holding you back from growing closer to him.
PRAYER.
Lord i prayer that you will guide each
individual reading this and give them
the wisdom to know the difference between
right and wrong.

YOU MEAN THE WORLD TO JESUS
Isaiah 41:10 "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Sometimes in life we feel as if we work so hard, we do so much for people but no one gives us recognition but we fail to remember that God sees everything and what we do for this world is for his Glory no matter who sees it, or if no one says thank you.
We just have to keep remembering God sees it and his heart is so thankful for everything we do for him.
YOU MEAN THE WORLD TO JESUS.. NO MATTER WHAT THE WORLD SAYS!!
Lets go into this week or day and do everything we do for God and not our own recognition and do it to the best of our ability with smiling hearts. Everything God does for us is to help us:)
PRAYER:
Lord Jesus please guide our hearts
and know that whatever we do
in this world we do it for you
and we wont feel despondent
if no one gives us recognition
and know that only your
recognition counts.

A heart that is selfless
This has been something that God has really placed on my heart and i feel like i should share it with you all :)
Lets enter this year and day and month with a selfless heart.
Philippians 2:3-5
"Don't be selfish, don't try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don't look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others too. You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had,"
We need to place others needs before ours. Jesus served others around him putting them first before himself and we need to have that attitude towards others.
We shouldn't have an I I mentality but a We We mentality and way of thinking. We should be going/doing this year together motivating and uplifting each other not competing with one another.
We might not think we have a lot, whether it be financially, career wise, relationships but we are so blessed with what we do have, a lot of people have nothing near what we have. And we tend to always ask God for what we dont have instead of thanking him for what we do.
Lets all go into this year with a selfless heart and continually placing others before ourselves.

Let God
Today I encountered quite a few females whose 2014 has not started out to a great start.
They dealing with university stress, relationships, broken hearts, financial stress, loss of motivation, comparisons, sadness, depression and many more.
I really felt I needed to blog about this as all those feelings/emotions can be taken away with in a second if we allow Jesus to take the wheel of our lives,of our emotions/feelings. If we ask him to,he will.
That's how amazing our God is, a God of the supernatural, a God of the impossible. When it feels as if there is no way or it feels like you drowning and you need a gasp of air ask God to enter your situation and take over,he won't just give you a gasp of air but a new fresh breathe.
Don't let your situation/feelings or emotions take over your life.Jesus Christ died on the cross for us. Don't waste time dwelling on feelings and emotions of the world.
Pray to God,speak to him, read his word.
He will get you through it all, have faith:)
Let go and let God :)

God is Love
God is love-1John 4:16
We know Gods love through his son Jesus Christ, who got sent down to save us.
God shows us his love by the sacrifice of his son for us.
The best part is his love is offered freely.
He created us and this world we live in to share his word and spread the greatest commandment of all which is love.
You might not feel like you are loved by anyone but remember this Jesus loves you,he died for you there is no greater love than that and it is the only kind of love you need.
It is a love that forgives, washes away sin, disappointment and brings forth only happiness and grace. Continue to seek his kingdom first in everything you do.

Faith
I just love how the book "the ways of God" by Henry T. Blackaby describes faith as.
FAITH: The confident expectation that God will do what he has said he will do.Faith is accepting God's statement as clear evidence of what we do not yet see (Heb.11.1)
Faith is exactly that putting trust in God that he will do what he has said he will, faith is accepting something you do not see yet.
As Women of God we need to have faith constantly, it is a challenge but faith is so important to God it shows how much we trust him. Our faith is tested daily.
God wants us to have faith in him in all aspects of our lives, whether it be in school, university, Faith in a job, Faith that he will bring along a Godly husband, faith that he will bring you out of any circumstance.
Trust in God and have Faith that tomorrow will be a better day than today, and the days to come will be better than tomorrow.
PRAY:
Lord i pray that our Faith in you will only grow stronger from this moment on and we will constantly seek your face first in everything we do. And we will have faith even through the things we do not see yet Lord.

God Forgives
God has a willingness to forgive us, Forgiveness reflects Gods love for us.
Whatever you are going through, whatever you have done or whatever you are going to do God forgives you no matter how large the sin is. He forgives us before we have even sinned.
The best part is no matter what we have done, we have to confess our sins to God and he will never Judge us.
Whatever Guilt you carrying or whatever Guilt you feel God sent us Jesus Christ to wash it all away. So we may feel free from sin, guilt, lies and disappointment.
God forgives you, all you have to do is seek him first and confess.
His love for us is far greater than any love we can ever imagine.
PRAY:
Lord i pray we will always seek your kingdom first and that we understand you have a willingness to forgive us no matter what.
